deliverable: Three interactive online learning modules (work included technical development, graphic design, animation, and audio engineering)
the challenge: The Academy needed a modern eLearning solution that went beyond static slides and passive learning. The goal was to design a digital course that actively engaged learners, reinforced knowledge retention, and improved real-world skill application.
solution: Interactive eLearning modules that combined storytelling, animation, and gamified learning techniques to transform the traditional training experience. The courses included knowledge checks integrated throughout to reinforce learning and assess comprehension in real time, and animated case scenarios that allowed learners to explore realistic situations.
