The challenge: The agency needed a modern eLearning solution to train staff on policies and best practices, using knowledge checks and interactivity to reinforce concepts.
Solution: An interactive eLearning module that combined storytelling and animation to transform the traditional training experience. The course included knowledge checks integrated throughout to reinforce learning and assess comprehension in real time, and animated case scenarios that allowed learners to explore realistic situations.
