The challenge: The agency needed to redesign outdated eLearning modules developed by the Children's Bureau to make them relevant to current-day New York City child welfare workers.
Solution: An interactive eLearning module that combined case studies, videos, and custom graphics to transform the traditional training experience. The course included knowledge checks integrated throughout to reinforce learning and assess comprehension in real time, and animated case scenarios that allowed learners to explore realistic situations.
